My time at Starbucks extended far beyond the responsibilities of a traditional barista role. As a certified trainer, I was entrusted with onboarding and developing new team members while helping maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. I regularly supported multiple store locations when additional staffing or training assistance was needed, allowing me to work with diverse teams and adapt quickly to different environments.

One of my proudest accomplishments was having the opportunity to train and mentor partners who were headed into advanced leadership positions, including assistant managers, store managers, and district-level leadership candidates—all while I was still 17 years old. This experience strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities while reinforcing the importance of accountability, teamwork, and customer experience in a large-scale business operation.
